Hydrangea Ruffled valance is fully lined with an ivory poly/cotton liner, giving it a luxurious look and feel. French Kick Pleated Ribbon along the bottom. Valance fits windows up to 48″W; you may use multiples for wider windows. Valance will look great flat or gathered on your window. This 3″ Rod pocket will fit perfectly on a 2-1/2″ continental rod. But can be used with a regular 3/4″ curtain rod or decorative pole up to 1-3/8″ Diameter. There are two color options available: Tuxedo Black and Navy Blue.
